The character looks thought out. The posture is interesting and has a subtle dynamic nature. The hands are well placed and look like they are interacting with the fan and weapon. The lighting has some of the most flaws. The right side of her robe should not be highlighted because there are no sources of light that would make it reflect that way. The bottom half of the robe looks like a different fabric because of the reflectivity. The upper half of the body is light from the character's right while the bottom half is light from both sides. The foreground the character and background are all in different styles. The foreground is fairly similar to the character but the background looks like a waterlogged blur compared to the rest of the image. Not to say that it is not a pretty background because it is very eye catching. I like the style of the background but it doesn't have continuity with the character. Your color choices are very nice. I really appreciate the detail of the fish though some of the distortions of the fish do not seem quite right (they are overall very close). I really enjoyed looking at your work and definitely think you should keep working at the image.
